Having a free breakfast was good although selections are limited. Location was a bit farther than expected. Good $ value. The kitchenette is great for packing lunches etc. Friendly staffs.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was average but there are 4 restaurants within walking distance including a pancake place and a coffee/donut/ice cream shop. Tapas Grill is amazing. Alamo was ok and over priced but I will definitely stay here again. I know some might not be thrilled about this but every morning and evening Mr. Big Bear made his rounds at the dumpsters to see if he could break in. He stayed away from guests and we enjoyed catching glimpses of him but definitely wouldn't want to be caught off guard at night by him and you certainly can't leave any food in your car.

the breakfast is OK, the time for breakfast is too short, only for 6-9. I want to see more variety for meat especially for people who don't eat pork. Turkey sausage of turkey links will be great and more egg choices not just runny scramble eggs.

We absolutely loved the location of this property, super close to downtown Gatlinburg and an easy (and free) trolley ride there and back running until midnight. The room was a very decent size, was lovely having a couch in there also! Loved having a walk in shower and the pool was lovely with glass windows looking out to the forest, made for a lovely afternoon to cool down after walking around Gatlinburg! Staff were very lovely and helpful during our stay and free parking is always a bonus! Loved that they had a functioning laundry onsite also which came in handy for us.

Excellent price and location, quiet room, good parking (most is behind hotel, but there is plenty of space). Did not try the weekend breakfast but it looked and smelled very nice. We were extremely happy with our stay overall and certainly plan to come back during future vacations.

The breakfast was ok. Not great but definitely not the worst we have had. Everything seemed updated and in working order. The staff always spoke to us and seemed very friendly. We definitely will stay here again in the future.

No breakfast available during our stay. Guest should be warned about possibility of bears roaming the area. We went outside to get in our car and there was a bear! ALL STAFF WERE EXCELLENT!!!!

The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and attentive. It's a new hotel so they were trying to get their breakfast going but it wasn't open yet, not a deal breaker. It was a little further away from the strip than I realized but for what I saved in hotel fees I was happy to pay for in parking closer to the main attractions.

The beds were very comfortable, the 2 beds with sofa pull out with kitchenette were nice. Clean rooms. Staff was very friendly despite not wrong amenities listed with no breakfast.
